All orders are payable in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout 

(credit/debit card, PayPal, and other listed options). Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only 

once payment has been received in full.

 

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. 4Btech Pro 

reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, 

or suspected fraudulent activity, with no penalty owed to the customer beyond a full refund of any 

amount paid.

 

Product availability is updated regularly based on supplier stock information. While we strive for 

accuracy, occasional discrepancies may occur due to supplier reporting delays. If an ordered item 

becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email or phone and offer a full refund or 

substitute item.

 

Product photographs, descriptions, and specifications are primarily provided by manufacturers or their

4B Tech Pro  is a retailer/distributor of hardware products and does not manufacture the items 

sold. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Products that are damaged through 

misuse, unauthorized modification, or handling outside manufacturer guidelines are not eligible for 

replacement or repair under this policy.

 

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on the shipping 

method selected. 4B Tech Pro  is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances 

beyond our reasonable control (carrier delays, weather, incorrect address information provided by the 

customer, etc.). Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery and reporting any 

visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.

 

Products are covered by their applicable manufacturer warranty. 4B Tech Pro  will assist in 

facilitating manufacturer warranty claims but does not extend additional warranty coverage beyond what 

the manufacturer provides, except where required by applicable state or federal law (including the 

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for products with written warranties). Normal wear and tear, misuse, and 

unauthorized repairs are not covered.

 

Customers may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item 

is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 

unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of
